The structure of this plasmid is not consistent with the published description of pJCZ3.1. The hybridization pattern of this probe with human DNA was not checked by the ATCC.
Subcloned from cosmid JCZ3 isolated by zeta globin oligonucleotide. RFLPs observed under normal stringency (0.1X SSC).
